These terms are between you and NHZ Global Ltd, company number 07113183, trading as AdNativo, of 20 Langley Road, Slough, England, SL3 7AB.
They cover use of this website and of our platform. If you monetise a website with us, the Publisher Agreement also applies and takes precedence where the two differ.
You must give accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for everything done under your account. You must be legally able to enter a contract and, where you act for a company, authorised to bind it.
You must not use our platform to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, send invalid or artificially generated traffic, interfere with our systems or security, attempt to access data that is not yours, or reverse engineer our software.
We aim to keep the platform available and accurate but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change, suspend or withdraw features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes affecting publishers.
Advertising is supplied by third-party demand partners. We do not control their creatives and are not responsible for the goods or services advertised. We will act on reports of harmful or policy-breaching ads.
The platform, our tag and this website remain ours. You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable licence to use our tag on websites approved by us, for as long as your account is in good standing. Your content remains yours.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue or indirect loss, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amounts we paid or owed you in that period.
Either of us may end the relationship at any time. We may suspend or close an account immediately where we reasonably suspect invalid traffic, fraud, or a breach of these terms or the Publisher Agreement. Earnings arising from invalid traffic are not payable.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
