Independent publishers are good at making things people want to read, and badly served by ad monetisation. We exist to take that part off them.
A publisher who integrates a native network directly gets one source of demand, and whatever that network happens to pay for their audience.
Native networks pay very differently depending on where a reader is and what device they are on. One partner might pay well for US desktop traffic and poorly for mobile readers in South Asia. Another is the reverse.
Routing each impression to the best payer is worth more than any publisher can extract by negotiating a better split on a single network. That is the whole business.
Several dashboards that never agree. Separate payment thresholds and schedules. ads.txt entries to maintain across every site. Invalid traffic quietly eroding an account until it is terminated, usually without warning.
We hold the partner accounts, do the reconciliation and send one statement. Publishers add a tag once.
Four things we have decided, that shape everything else.
We screen every site before approving it, and check traffic for bot, proxy, datacentre and automation signals before an ad is requested. Invalid traffic from one publisher can get a whole network's account terminated, taking every other publisher's revenue with it. We would rather turn down inventory than carry traffic we cannot stand behind.
Where our counts differ from a demand partner's, theirs decide what we are paid, so they decide what you are paid. We show you the difference and why, rather than quietly using whichever figure suits us.
We pay publishers after the demand source pays us. It is slower than promising 30 days and missing it, and it means a partner clawback for invalid traffic does not land on a publisher who has already been paid and spent it.
No exclusivity, no contract, no minimum term. Keep the ad networks you already run alongside us, and remove our tag whenever you like. If we are not earning you more than the alternative, we have not earned the slot.

Questions about anything here, including the parts we have not built yet, go to hello@adnativo.com.
We are early. We are onboarding a first group of publishers and building the demand side alongside them.
We would rather say that plainly than pretend to a scale we do not have. If you want a network with ten years of case studies, there are good ones. If you want one that answers its email and tells you how the money actually works, talk to us.
